I recently moved to Frederick and was happy to find a curly hair salon through Google. (I had a wonderful curly hair specialist in my former location and wondered if I would be able to find anyone as good.) I was very happy (and relieved!) that my experience at Donita's salon matched the expectations that she set on her website. She listened thoughtfully to my requests and comments. Five plus stars! Finding a stylist who truly understands curly hair was just amazing. The experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Donita even took time to teach us how to maintain a perfect curly style. Highly recommended!

Having curly hair is hard enough. Finding someone you can trust is even more difficult, especially as a man with long curly hair. I haven’t had a trim in 2 years because there was no one where I lived before that I felt did a good enough job. Donita was amazing for me. She educated me on where I can improve and she made my hair curl in ways I didn’t know. So glad I could find someone that treated me well and was willing to show my potential! See you in some months for my next trim 😊
