I recently closed my business and ended my lease with Rosemont Management after 10 plus years. I never had any issues and had only positive experiences The building was clean and the snow ice removed from the parking lot in a timely manner. If you have a small business they are great to work with.
We highly recommend Rosemont Management Company, had a great experience leasing our office at this location. Dave and Leslie are super friendly and very responsive to all inquiries. The building is clean and well kept, excellent value as well.
Rosemont management gave us a chance to start a business 5 years ago when a lot of other landlords and commercial real estate agents scoffed at us. 5 years later we couldn’t ask for a better experience. If you’re a small business looking to lease space in a great part of Frederick, the Industry Lane area is a bargain you won’t want to pass up. A+
