I got these super cute jeans from Banana Republic Factory and the button fell off after wearing it once, which was strange. Must have been some QC oversight in Pakistan. LOL ZIPS doesn’t do alterations, and my sewing skills are minimal, so I went here and for $10/$12, my jeans look great!

I've been going here for while however recently I needed some alterations. I asked for a rush to have one pair of pants hemmed, cost $35...wow. Regular price $22. I assumed they would be washed and pressed but no. They were hemmed and returned rinkled and still dirty. I did not request to have them cleaned but assumed based on the price of $35 they would have been cleaned and pressed. They said they would rush them to clean them but would have to charge me additional. I've spent close to a $1000 since January so this makes it very disappointing. Will be going to another cleaner. Nice folks but not worth the price.
