*This review is for the building only. We did not use their realty business*Not the r best location nor building for closing. The place is very tight to get around, the ac is virtually none existent and parking is metered.The sellers agent was a member of Marsh and thus it was decided this would be the place to close.No waters were offered, and the room was small.Previous places where we've closed on a property we're far more spacious, cooled and they offered a selection of beverages. Thankfully we were only here an hour.
