I called Pat's Plumbing and HVAC early on a Wednesday morning when I realized that my heat had gone out and it was only 38 degrees in my bedroom. Withing 90 minutes, he was at my house and looking at my furnace. After determining that the furnace needed to be replaced (and confirming that with the manufacturer to be sure), he came back the next day and did the install. He quoted me a fair price on the spot and even though the installation ended up being more complicated than expected (as a result of the poor installation of my prior furnace and air conditioner), he did not charge me extra even though he ended up putting in additional time.
