Absolutely abysmal customer service. Zero stars would be too much. Just got off the phone with agents Latoya and Shakiyla. I was told I could not speak with a supervisor because speaking with a supervisor is not a guarantee but merely a request. If they deem your matter important enough, then your request to speak to a supervisor will be granted within 2 to 3 business days. Absolutely disgusting. This is the reason why so many businesses are folding.

I went against my better judgement and I ordered an item from Music & Arts because they stated they had the product I needed in stock. After 9 days I still hadn’t received an email saying the item had shipped. I emailed the company via their website… no response. I called their “friendly” customer service number and I was treated rudely and the representative was not able to help me. I was so frustrated that I emailed the CEO of the company (I am not expecting a response but it made me feel better to send the email).

We rented two Cellos for our middle school child. One was damaged and returned for repair and the other returned at end of the school year. They claim that we haven't returned a cello and have been hounding us for 2 years for a cello we no longer have. Terrible to deal with, local shop and national customer service completely have no idea what the other is doing. This is just plain theft and extortion. Do NOT rent an instrument from this company.
