Went to Make N Music today with my brother, helping him shop for a 12 string acoustic. Charlie helped us, he was great, very attentive to us as we played some instruments. We liked a Taylor 254ce, but neck relief was just a bit too much, he adjusted it and that brought action at 12th fret into perfect specs. We decided to purchase the guitar but I felt the nut slots could be lowered just a bit, he agreed, and made the adjustment on the spot which took about 20 minutes. He did a great job, when done the guitar plays and sounds like a dream. We asked if they had any flexibility in price, he talked with the manager, we got a discount of Taylor's MSRP. Tom is the MAN. I called beige I came to ask if the Taylor guitar I wanted came with a case. They said yes and that they had the guitar I wanted. When I got to the store about an hour later Tom had it already out and polishing it up for me. Tom then was with me the whole time because I wasn’t certain if THAT was the guitar I wanted. He stayed with me and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He told me he’s here as long as I need him. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt like family. The service was undeniably the best I have ever received. Well done gents. You’ve gained a loyal customer
