I love a company that stands by their work and doesn’t give you an argument when something goes wrong. That company would be Mr. Handyman. I hired them last April to fix a terrible repair on my backyard fence from another handyman company that I will not mention here. The fix seemed to hold, but it failed again. I planned to give them a call back, but I was out of funds with all the property taxes and after Christmas bills. In the interim, I got a call from Mr. Handyman because they were running a 10% off promotion. When I described what had gone wrong, the woman on the phone did a little research and told me no problem, we were there last April and you’re within the one year guarantee period. Michael came out and determined the problem which was caused by the original handyman service that I used and has fixed it. It means a lot when people stand behind their work rather than screaming and yelling at you about how you are costing them money, which is what happened with the previous company because I had to keep calling back for them to correct the lousy job their guy did. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them for projects in the future because I know I can trust them to make things right when they go wrong.
