This was my first visit to Monocracy Dental. Good cleaning and dental care but also very nice people. Waiting room was clean and organized. The equipment seemed very up to date. I plan to make this my permanent dental place.
I liked the staff and the dentist. They were very friendly. There are 2 issues I wasn't happy about. They didn't give me my crown/tooth back and I needed a tooth pulled. They did say because I have thyroid cancer I need clearance. Otherwise I would give a 5 star review.
EXCELLENT Staff (Shay) and Co-workers 10 for 10 met and passed all expectations. Doc is AMAZING, did a FANTASTIC job in 3 visits others were 7 visits. First time patient started same day. How awesome is that? CLEAN, FRIENDLY GREAT WORK ENVIRONMENT. Book a visit and experience 1st hand, you will not be disappointed....5 STAR SERVICE!
