Called late on a Tuesday with a time sensitive issue. Scheduling was easy for Thursday. Robert and Glenda showed up on time and were professional, courteous, respectful of my house, took time to explain everything to me, and did a fantastic job. They also took lots of photos before and after to show me and they did clean those ducts so thoroughly that they look brand new!
I had originally asked to get the dryer vent cleaned also for an additional charge, but he told me in the end that it was clean and they didn't need to clean it, and deducted that charge from the price. Called Masters Duct Cleaning for help when our dryer was not working well and throwing a code indicating the vent was likely clogged. They fit us in with a same day appointment for quick friendly cleaning of our dryer vent which was completely clogged inside to out.All fixed less than an hour later, great service. To no fault of their own, I was sad to know that as a new single family home owner, I’ll probably have to do this annually from the way the vent was set up but hey at least the dryer works now!10 stars!
