“We had great work done by Capital properties. Joey and Jazmine did so much to help us with our insurance company and the 2 other companies (solar and gutter filter) we needed to coordinate with to get our roof replaced. From meeting the appraiser who came to check the damage to coordinating to remove solar panels and leaf filters then finally adding a complete new gutter system prior to our filter company reinstalling the filters. Hail storm damage was found to have caused a leak on our 14 year roof on the Ryan home. All of this was done costing us only our deductible. We are very thankful!”
