These folks are wonderful, very competent, responsive, reasonable, and personable. I used to correct some issues I was having with my computer and Van was extremely helpful. He worked diligently for over 2 hours to resolve my issues and provided some great advice. Extremely reasonable price and I would highly recommend this great company. High quality, honest, and friendly services
Van Jacobs and the peeps at It Needs Help are the best! They diagnose quickly and are honest. They don't fool you into doing unnecessary fixes just to charge you more. We've had issues before with Asus and both times they seem to be a problem with parts. So we're ditching that brand. After listening to our needs, Van recommended exactly what we need in a laptop, and even gave us the lead on where to get the best deal on it. Of course we did our due diligence and sure enough, Van's recommendation was the best price around. Cannot recommend these people highly enough...need 10 stars!
