Mr. Aaron was a really nice guy! Always a call away (within reason) even after the repair and service was finished. He even used better screws to keep my PC's side panel in because my old screws got overtightened! Also recovered 1 TB worth of information and made both my SSD and Hard Drive usuable again after corrupting them during a botched Windows installation I made.

Very friendly, explained the issues very well, was fair with prices, fixed the issue fast, and was overall very great to work with. They were also very good at communicating over the phone. Would go again if I have any more issues!

Aaron was great! He gave a good assessment of my computer's chances (very old desktop rig that died), offered his condolences on the old gal's loss, and set right to work on getting me a quote for a new PC. Fair pricing and quick with build and delivery. I would definitely recommend him
