While I had a relatively small project, having new counters installed was a new experience for me. I had a great experience from beginning to end. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently with proactive communication. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and allowed me the time to figure out what I wanted while also offering really helpful insights and points to consider to inform my decision. He worked with me on selecting the stone and cutting the slab and placement of the sinks given the veining. Great experience getting new countertops from Ilkem. Yusef was patient with all my questions and was very responsive by text. Once I decided on my granite style, installation happened quickly.
Of all my projects/renovations over 28+ years this has been the best company I have ever dealt with. From all angles…professionalism, pride in their work, price point, cleanliness, attention to the smallest detail, courteousness and kindness and communication. Just a true pleasure start to finish.
