It's unfortunate I paid over $200 including tip and I didn't get the color I wanted. At no time did I want to go more brunette. I only wanted the roots or face framed with more blonde. I just moved to the area and tried to use Melissa to color my hair. I showed her a picture of the desired color I wanted to achieve. unfortunately after a couple of hours and almost $225 I ended up with brown hair instead of blonde hair. I only asked her to do my roots and around my face. I am very unhappy with the color and Melissa said she will only correct the color if I pay her $50 per hour. I’ve been seeing Melissa for the past year and I always leave happy with my haircut and the service I receive. She always listens to what I want and she is very friendly and fun to talk to. I have recommended her to my friends too.

Melissa has been cutting my hair and my daughter hair for few years and wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone but her. She is great with haircuts as well as coloring, and styling our hair in a way that best suits us. I constantly get compliments on my haircut.
