Given referral to use for balance therapy
I tried calling for 2days - left message for call back ! No one calls! Maybe they are out of business

Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. They asked questions pertaining to my injury and comfort zone as my therapy sessions progressed. At some point, I worked with each of the therapists and each of them were terrific. They encouraged me and challenged me at every session. If I ever need therapy again, I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

The Frederick location was shutting down and it's work being transferred to the Germantown location. I encountered confusion, disorganization and poor communication in Frederick. The Frederick office called me and scheduled me for an evaluation. When I called to confirm while on my way there, they had no record of the appointment. An employee contacted the Germantown location and arranged for an appointment an hour later, necessitating a high-speed drive down I-270 to make the appointment in Germantown.
I was impressed with the Germantown office, where my experience was quite the opposite... professional, competent, excellent communication and promptness. Quite a contrast, and it was clear to me why Frederick was being shut down.

I worked with Wendy and Chris. Both were very welcoming and comforting individuals. Chris pushed me in a good way and was always understanding. Wendy was the most caring and attention to detail physical therapist I’ve ever worked with! Also the overall environment of the facility was great!

I really don’t even have enough words to describe how wonderful our experience has been here. My 9 year old daughter has been coming here for physical therapy for 2 months and she’s 95% back to her range of motion and mobility. Everyone from the front desk to the back of the house is amazing, especially Chris. My daughter loved her PT sessions with him. Today is her last day and she is sad she doesn’t need to come back. We’ve really enjoyed coming here. Thank you all for the great experience.

If I were ever told from the beginning that same day EMERGENCY cancellation would result $100 out of pocket cost, would have never made any appointments with this center. Who could predict emergency ?! I did not wish to cancel just for any reason:) flat tires (2), red lights warning sign on, dealer told me not to drive, tolling required car emergency one hour before my appointment, but the center didn’t care, they still would want to charge $100. Sorry, I wouldn’t pay, and cancelled all my future appointments. I would rather be in pain than going to there. My therapist was really nice, but management is something else. I have done physical therapy at Thomas John drive in 2024, 12 sessions, never cancelled one time because there wasn’t any emergency situation. But today, I did, very stressful one!

First off I would like to say all of the staff are very friendly and helpful and with that being said I would like to thank Tim, Christopher and Maria for their kindness and professionalism in helping me to get my balance back we have a little ways to go but I’m sure I’ll get there. Thank you everyone

Everything went well good service, and when I entered I smell food it very good wanted some. Lol next time save me a plate please. 😂 very niece and patient with me

Thank you again for helping to greatly improve my neck pain!! The staff and therapists are wonderful and knowledgeable!! Highly recommend them!

The therapists were helpful, friendly, and encouraging. I have rated a 5 but sometimes I left there feeling utterly spent.
