My wife went for an annual checkup but my insurance got charged with a different code. This place has been terrible to work with trying to fix the issue. Would not recommend this place at all.

.The nurse practitioners and medical assistants are awesome, professional and thorough. The front desk is horrible. My orders had to be faxed twice and were only entered into my chart because I begged the person on the phone to personally scan them into my chart. My pre-op appt was 12/2/23 for a scheduled procedure on 12/15. I had my pre-op appt with my doctor today to review the results of the 12/2 visit. They had not received the results. The office manager had to call twice and insist they immediately fax the results as I was in the office to review the results of the 12/2 visit. I am scheduled for a GYN surgical procedure this Friday 12/15 and my pregnancy test from 12/2 had not been reviewed or signed off. I found out in my doctors office 9 days after my appointment that my pregnancy test from 12/2, 9 days after my lab work that my pregnancy test is positive. "Brian" from the Urbana Urgent Care office called my doctors office went off on the office manager saying she was rude to his staff. I have left a message for him to please call me to discuss what happened and no return call. Need I say more.... OH, one more thing, I am 60 yrs old ! Lots of follow up needed and surgery is cancelled as there is not enough time to figure out what is going on before this Friday. I am a nurse and recognize incompetence. Beyond incompetence. I'm pretty sure that "Brian" has something to do with the front office staff's inadequacies.

Unfortunately, I will no longer be going back to this facility unless I have no other choice. I had an order for labs to be drawn and they did not draw all the labs ordered. This subjected me to another lab draw at another location. I also am not impressed with the physician at this location. Keeps her distance, no hands on and does not listen and every question met with “ go to the emergency room.”
