My moms furnace went out last week. Brian was the technician that came out to diagnose. He was extremely thorough and professional. He gave the bad news I was expecting, new furnace. Drew got 2 estimates to me within the hour. I texted Drew Monday night around 9pm to call me the next morning. He called me 10 min later. He called me back 20 min after that (9:30pm) to let me know they would be out the next morning to install a new furnace! Aleck and 2 others got to my moms house the next morning and installed a new furnace! I have not seen this level of customer service from anybody in years! Very highly recommend Smock Heating and Air for all HVAC needs!

Mitch, James and Otto did a fantastic job installing our new Trane heating system. They were punctual, neat, very polite and professional! Great team! PS- it was a frigid day. Kudos.

I am very happy with the service that I received from Smock! Our technician, Jacob, very quickly identified the issue with our system and fixed it. He took time to explain exactly what the problem was, and how we could prevent it in the future. He answered all of my questions and very quickly got our system up and running again!
