We had a yellow jacket nest inside a dormer in our home and Ehrlich came out same day, an hour after calling once they opened in the morning. Came prepared with a bee suit and had all equipment needed to complete job. Upon leaving he noticed a yellow jacket nest in the ground in front yard, and took care of that as well. Very nice and professional. Charged 100 bucks more than Americas best, but americas best only wanted to come out and look, then come back at later time to complete job; Erlich did everything at same time no issues.

Service by both serviceman was fine, they were professional and courteous but provided conflicting information, along with the customer service rep on how payment is processed. I could not get a direct answer on what I would be paying for outside of the initial payment of $300. This was end of fall 2021.Come May of 2022 I look outside my house to see their truck in my driveway with an unexpected visit. No notice of visit, though the serviceman said I should have receive 48 hour notice. I told him I did not receive a call or notice and had no idea he was coming.
