Dental One Associates of Frederick

I'd like to say that I would recommend this place but I can't. My son had several procedures done here in and out. They quoted us a certain amount through insurance and assured we wouldn't have any surprise bills now they're trying to get money from us several months down the road. I had to call back several times for clarification on procedures. At one time my son was told a tooth had to be pulled and the dentist that did the root canal said it could be saved. Just a lot of back and forth. They're saying they sent statement after statement after statement and text message and text message. I've never received any of them. I feel this office is very unprofessional when you get somebody from billing on the phone that can't answer your questions straight so of course they become defensive. I also recommended this dental company to a friend who they did the same thing to, they get you in there they tell you this is the set amount that you will owe and then several months down the road surprise it's a new amount. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone.This is why people have a hard time trusting the medical profession.

I had a permanent bridge put in about 3 weeks ago and I bit down and it cracked. I called and they got me in on the same day and because they have all the scans they where able to call the lab and a new one built and have a appointment to get it replaced in a timely timeframe. Kudos

Over Charged me for a consultation that was not needed. It took three visits for a simple procedure, that could have been done in two visits. Stated a price for all procedures then came back at me for more money after I paid everything that was originally quoted. There was nothing done in addition to the original quote.
I you do really good insurance I guess you would be okay, but I don’t know anyone that has good insurance.
Overrated or overpriced!

The billing and pricing are predatory. I recommend thoroughly researching before booking your first appointment.

They cannot get the billing correct and they up sale. I would not recommend this organization.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. When I explained I didn't know what a crown was, the technician explained it very clearly for me. Dr Yasbin is very straightforward and personable. I don't have a single complaint and highly recommend this office.

Barely a wait, very friendly and professional staff, especially Monica, Julie and of course Dr.Yasbin! Crown was fitted perfectly.

I love that I can get a 7am appointment for a cleaning. Your hygienist are great.

I have had many appointments at Dental One and been a customer for several years. Having bad experiences as a youth set the stage for lots of dental work in my future. Dental one has been great. From my first, very nervous, appointment until now, I have been treated with the utmost respect and care. From the appointment desk, Megan and others, to cleaning, Christi and others, to Landis, Jenn and Dr Yasbin I have been so well treated and so satisfied. I’ve spent a lot of time, and $$, in dr Yasbin’s chair with Landis and Jenn in support. They’ve become friends. I enjoy seeing them. They are so genuine. I’m on my third permanent bridge now and I’d like to comment on Jennifer Schultz work, attitude and level of competence. Over the years I’ve seen her grow in all areas of expertise in the dental field. I am so completely comfortable and confident in and with her. Just as importantly is the way she treats me as a patient. You have a great employee in Jenn, one that I would follow if she were to ever leave. I can’t thank her enough personally and professionally for all she’s done to help me through my dental experiences. She is great. I’ve seen her leadership in the office and her opinion means something to Dr. Yasbin. I’ve seen her responsibilities grow over time. She’s the type of employee I looked for during my working career. Thank you Jenn for all you do. You are very talented and all your peers coworkers and patients know it.
