I had my first appointment at this location due to moving and not wanting to drive the long distance to my old office. Check in was simple, you scan your own id and insurance card and then wait to be called. Had an appointment with Dr.Gao. His bedside manners is very old school and professional. He left room for me to ask questions and explained anything I needed more information on. I was pleased with my experience. I will continue to use this location going forward.
I was able to get in quickly, staff were lovely and the provider was professional and caring. He listened and asked multiple times what questions I may have. I didn’t feel rushed at all.
Dr.Acerenza is such a refreshing alternative to the arrogant medical doctors that I’ve experienced! She was very compassionate and insightful and gave me the tools to move forward with my situation…Thankyou for giving me hope to resolve my medical issues going forward.
