Best Kept Secrets Barbershop

During my recent visit to Best Kept Secrets Barbershop in Frederick, Maryland, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. Upon entering, I noticed a lack of cleanliness, with hair clippings not adequately cleaned up around the shop. Additionally, the atmosphere was somewhat chaotic, with four televisions playing music at varying volumes, which I found distracting.I had initially scheduled an appointment for 6:00 PM but received a call to come in at 6:30 PM instead. I had my haircut with an old black guy who destroyed my hair. He cut my front hair from base. Worse experience in my life. He doesnt know how to cut hair. He should stop this business. He charged me $35 for a job that he doesnt know.

I really like Tammy BUT she really needs to do better with time management and consideration of her clients, especially those that have been regulars for years. I speak for multiple people as I type this. Tammy has a very nonchalant attitude when it comes to her being inconsiderate of her clients and their time. She gives a vibe of, she knows that she is going to have clientele because it appears that she is the only loctician in the area. Which is actually not true..you just have to look and ask around.
