Calvin was awesome! I had a smoothie spill and some exterior scuffs. He got it the smoothie out my seats and got rid of my scuff marks. My car looked great! I highly recommend Yes Detail and Calvin to detail your car.Services: Seat shampooing

I recently had my 2017 Genesis G80 detailed through a YES DETAIL. I absolutely love the work and I am pleased with the outcome. HOWEVER, when I first inquired about the detailing service I was given a price for the service. Subsequently, after I inquired about a specific date I was told I would have to pay an additional amount because my vehicle was a "luxury car". wtw! I pushed back when I later received a text message saying I agreed to the additional charge since i DID NOT agree to any such thing. Finally the customer service rep said the tech would determine whether I needed the additional service prior to starting the work. However the night before my appointment I received an invoice for the higher amount. wtw!I don't mind paying a fair price but I absolutely hate, Hate, HATE it when I am given one price and a different one later. The service is definitely worth 5/5 stars however my interaction with the customer service rep reduced that to 3/5. Too salty about the experience to say if I would use this service again. #StandByYourWordService: Auto detailing

Did a really excellent exterior detailing for me. Significantly improved shine and the coating lasted for a long time. The scheduling and service is very convenient. I did a waterless wash and detail.
