I appreciated the online scheduling system since I'm not a phone person. It was pretty straightforward so I'm not sure what everyone's complaining about. I filled out my application in advance so we had ample time to communicate over email to schedule my appointment. It would be much more efficient if they had a system on their website to show what slots they have available so that you can just pick one that suits you.
