HIRE THEM!!! Rob and his team at MAK were outstanding partners. I contracted with them to renovate a pantry, add accent walls and trim, and to paint. They did an amazing job. Their communication is excellent. From the initial visit to consultation on materials to their on-site presence, they always made sure they were giving me updates or seeking my input on the work. The project manager showed up or reached out daily. I didn't have a single issue working with them. On top of all of that, the work is excellent. The on-site team doing the work are really good. I’m not sure how to start this but all I can say is everything was perfect. Great friendly people and also great hard workers. I had a bathroom shower installed. I went from an old nasty tub to a beautifully hand crafted standing full tile shower. Everything was almost to the letter with this company. Precise, organized, and carried out without a fault. Deconstructing took one day. If not the same day maybe the next day I was contacted by Sophala, MAKs materials coordinator. She and I went back and forth with everything I needed for the shower and explained everything to a “T”. We recently completed a bathroom renovation with this company and had a great experience. The team was professional, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the project. Kelvin did excellent work and paid attention to the details, and the finished bathroom looks beautiful.
The crew was respectful of our home while the work was being done. We also appreciate that the work comes with a two-year warranty, which gives us peace of mind.
Overall we’re very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely consider working with them again on future projects.
