I’m very happy and satisfied with EK Rickett & Sons. They upgraded my moms unit few years ago, fixed my heater issues, and today my whole hvac unit upgraded. Before the overhaul, the times I needed them in emergencies when my unit stopped working, they came right away. Connie and Judy were great coordinating emergency home visits. James, Larry, and Mike are very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. They are also clean, they put rags on my carpet and the install was professionally done well.
Highly recommended and FYI I’ve already spread the good word out to folks I know.

They are lovely people, but in the last year they have been to our house 4 times to fix various issues with our HVAC. We have spent over $1,000 with them. I really like them as people, but more comprehensive service would be preferred.
