I was having trouble saving items in my "snip" window and spent almost 10 hours trying to fix it on my own. I finally took it to the GeekABC store on Pickett in Fairfax. Ricardo took one look and fixed it in five minutes --no charge!! Something about creating a new file. I had a similar experience several months earlier for a more involved problem, and my laptop computer was repaired for a very reasonable price. As a certified old timer (78), I appreciate the prompt and courteous service and am now a regular customer.
