I have not actually hired H & H (which name refers to the Hill family ownership of the company) so I can't rate their professional work. However, I spent several hours playing golf with several Hill family members earlier today (including the founder and patriarch Jack and his now-managing son Rob) and got to watch them interact with and relate to people in a real-world setting, unencumbered by business expectations and standards, which are often cloaked by personality facades.
