Even though this is not a recent job, I still felt the need to share this review. This company installed a furnace for a relative of mine and saying that they definitely went above and beyond what anyone would expect a company to do would be an understatement. I do believe the main issue was this relative had buyers remorse which was not the company’s fault. However, Mr. Baker did everything in his power to resolve the “issues” but as soon as one was resolved then there would be another one, it just became a never ending cycle. I am an owner of a 130 year old Plumbing Business in Baltimore; Hopeful this weighs in consideration of this review. These People are GREAT! Mike and Henry replaced an AC stand-up with furnace in a fourth floor condominium. The exterior closet they had to work in was extremely limited-INDEED, it was a difficult installation. I wanted to send the biggest thank you to Rob, Tristan, Trinitee, Dean, Bob, John, and James! I had the worst experience with an hvac install from someone else and these guys came in and saved the day. I can now stop worrying about the safety of my system, the safety of my children and the safety of my home! They did an amazing job inside and out, everyone I came into contact with was professional and sweet as can be.
