The Lodestar Inspection staff were fantastic to work with during our new home inspection. We were on a tight deadline, and the staff worked diligently to get us scheduled a date that was convenient for us and supportive of busy work schedules. We had Dave Basham as an our inspector. He simply fantastic to work with during the visit. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable and patient. He is truly an asset because of his vast background in the inspection and construction fields. This company and their team have been wonderful to deal with all throughout the inspection process. The inspection itself was very well done, thorough and well documented. Pricing is fair and all the staff were terrific!!
