Scott Reed from Lodestar saved me from getting into a home that would have cost me thousands to repair. The house was wonderful on the outside but underneath to my surprise needed a lot of work. Moisture, antimicrobial growth, electrical, foundation to name a few. Thanks again Scott Reed and Lodestar!
LodeStar Inspection LLC exceeded our expectations and did a very detailed inspection of our property. Shout out to Derrick who was patient, professional, and thorough. Definitely recommend this company.
Wow we were impressed! Our rep was so thorough and professional! He answered my questions and explained things in a way that were easy to understand. He was not hurriedly trying to get in and out but took substantial time to even check on the smallest details. Before he began I thought we were paying a lot for a condo to be inspected but by the it was done I felt we should have been charged more! We highly recommend this company for any inspection needs!
