I was very impressed that the doc personally called me after a procedure to check in and see how I was feeling. (I've never had a provider do that before!) The office also sends appointment reminders via text, which I find to be super helpful. I highly recommend this practice!“

“Great local dental practice with friendly staff! We switched to this dental practice just over 6 months ago due to our prior dentist of many years no longer taking our insurance. We chose Ellicott Mills Dental for the simple reasons of: they had good reviews, they answered the phone when we called about scheduling an appointment (many did not), and they were very friendly. Now that my wife & I have both been there for 2 appointments each, we're very happy with the switch. Their office is nice and inviting, everyone is friendly in person (just like on the phone), and they seem very good at what they do (obviously a good thing). Our provider is Dr Ford, obviously with strong assists by the hygienists and the front desk. If you need a new dental provider, Ellicott Mills Dental is definitely worth putting on your list!“

“I have NEVER been to a dental practice that made me feel at ease until I started coming to Ellicott Mill Dental. Dr. Ford and staff are a professional and attentive staff that make coming to the dentist a pleasant experience.On my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of having Dr. Dosh, who was new to the team, attend to me. Since this was my first time meeting her, she was pleasant and gave me a short background intro as to how she ended up with Ellicott Mill. I was very comfortable with her. All in all, I really can't tell you how pleased I am with this dental practice. So glad my previous dental provider stopped accepting my insurance otherwise I would have never found them!If you live in the area and your insurance is accepted (call and speak to someone in the office), RUN don't walk to Ellicott Mill Dental. Hopefully they are accepting new patients!“

“We’ve know Dr. Richie since my oldest was at CMMS. She always made such a Great impression on us. Recently two of my girls had cavities filled ☹️. My oldest developed an infection on the same side of her mouth that she had her tooth worked on. As a mom I was super worried since her lymph nodes were so swollen behind her left ear and under her throat. I called Shiney Chompers knowing they were closed, but it allowed me to connect to the Doctor on call so I could leave a message. Within minutes Dr. Richie called me back. We spoke she asked for me to send pictures. She let me know if I needed anything to give her a call. Long winded story however this is the type of Dentist you don’t see anymore. Someone who is willing to have you contact if needed ❤️ Shiney Chompers is the truly the BEST pediatric dentist!!!!Also know her husband is an Oral surgeon we are having my little girls teeth done by him.“

The appointments were easy to schedule, on-time, and they made the kids feel at ease the whole time. My 7y/o needed a baby tooth extracted that wasn’t budging and Dr. Dan and his team made him as comfortable as possible and fit it in their schedule same day. Highly recommended by picky mom and kids!“
