Staff are very efficient and professional! From the receptionist down to the dental assistant. And of course Dr Simon is simply the best! We came in at 10:45 for an 11am appointment, for tooth (actually 2 teeth) extraction, we’re out by 11:10, no time wasted.
I took my son here for his first appointment 3 years ago and they did such an amazing job. I was a first time mom and they put me at ease right away. Today, I had an appointment for my 2 kids (age 4 and 2). The hygienist put my shy 4 year old at ease immediately. Offering him a sticker from one of his favorite shows and asking him about his day. My 2 year old cried the whole time during the brushing, but Dr. Simon and team were singing for him the entire time, and He stopped as soon as they were done. We actually have moved in the past two years and there is a pediatric dentist much closer to our house, but they do such a good job here, that I don't mind the longer drive....read full review
Phenomenal pediatric dentist office. I took my son here because of all the good reviews for kids with sensory issues. They are great with complex cases, dental fears, very kind, gentle, and non-judgmental. A very positive, happy experience was had and I’m switching all my kids over to them now. The office itself is very clean, great reception staff, and fun set-up for kids. Very comfortable, and we are a very sensory-sensitive family, so that’s saying a lot! Thank you guys for a great experience and providing very high quality care.
