“As a longtime customer of several years, Elliott Family Dentistry continues to surpass expectations with outstanding customer service and impeccable orthodontia/peridontia. All of the dental hygienists are cheerful, conscientious, and knowledgeable, with an efficient and pleasant team dynamic (searching for good vibes? look no further). Dr. Elliott continues to deliver top notch dental work on myself and all members of my family. They've been this way since forever. Recently, the team found yet another way to go above-and-beyond when I encountered an insurance coverage problem during a period when I was transitioning between insurance providers. The administrative staff (thanks, Kim!) spent a significant amount of time contacting the insurance providers and helping me exhaust all potential avenues of securing coverage. Fortunately, the insurance company agreed to pay in the end, but only because of Kim's investigation on my behalf and her discovery that I never cancelled my plan under my previous provider as I had thought. A lesser caliber staff might have just shrugged their shoulders and insisted on me paying the full amount due, but not Kim. She spent extra time and effort to review the details of my insurance coverage and provide exceptional customer service, ultimately saving me a great deal of $$. My only wish would be that they could expand their services to also fix cars and appliances! (I would use them for everything) Finding such high-quality service with staff so devoted to customers is a rare and priceless thing. They've won me over for life!”
