“This yoga studio is exactly what I needed for a long time! If you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere and a place that truly feels like a community, this is it. It's clear they prioritize building connections over being commercial, and that's something I really appreciate.
Both teachers, Jen and Laurie, are incredibly kind. Their great energy makes every class super relaxing and positive. I always leave feeling refreshed. I also took QiGong course with Jen, and now looking forward to the practice classes. Highly recommend!”
