Walking into the studio is like coming home after a tough day. I immediately relax and my breathing slows. The instructors give thorough explanations for poses, and offer different options so that everyone can find success. Truly Yoga is truly a welcoming community for anyone interested in practicing yoga.

I completed my Yoga Teacher Training at Truly Yoga Studio, and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience. The training not only deepened my personal practice, but really set me up to feel confident and prepared as a teacher. Unlike many programs that gloss over the actual how-to of teaching, this training emphasized practical tools and supportive guidance every step of the way! I highly recommend this studio’s 200-Hour Freedom Flow Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and this studio! During the summer of 2022 I took the leap to apply for Truly Yoga’s 200 HR Teacher Training and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. I met some of the most incredible and inspirational women I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing through this training.
