I have experienced training with several members of Liberty Yoga staff. New to Liberty, I have found all to be nurturing, knowledgeable, and superb. Each interaction has been unique, delivered by inspiring, positive, and encouraging instructors. I feel very much at home and enjoy meeting other people in the classes.
Liberty is truly a jewel in our community. The owner Christine fosters an environment where everyone feels safe and is welcomed. She has an enormous body of knowledge and brings so many talents to her classes. Liberty presents the practice of yoga on and off the mat, which is not typical in other studios. I truly believe my practice has become deeper and more fulfilling since becoming a teacher and student at Liberty Yoga. Thank you Christine for sharing all of your gifts!!
A true hidden gem! The class was easy to follow and very beginner friendly. The space is clean, and welcoming. I found them on ClassPass but will definitely be returning to utilize their student pricing! Extra bonus points for having the CUTEST studio dog Sosa!!
