I have been involved in combat sports for most of my life, in 2022 I suffered a severe concussion and neck injury from collegiate wrestling which promptly ended my athletic career. For almost 3 years I was forced to be physically inactive due to the amount of pain and discomfort from my head and neck, I couldn’t go as far as to take a light walk or jog without being in excruciating pain.
