“We had our master bathroom and powder room remodeled by Blackstone Kitchen & Bath at the same time, and we are delighted with the results for both. Both designs were done by Khalid. He took the time to answer our questions, and help us select items from the showroom that incorporated our tastes while being mindful of our budget. He was also willing to send us some 3D renderings to look at before putting any money down. Our production team consisted of Eko (project manager) and Ernesto (contractor). Ernesto was skillful and efficient in all stages of the remodeling work. Eko kept us apprised of each step for both projects as it became necessary to pivot from the initial plan (see below). However, he kept the projects moving forward, readily answered all our questions and explained what needed to be done when we encountered the issue of the floor not being level. He also took the time to find the grout we wanted, which required driving around to several different locations to find it.

We had a few critiques of the remodeling process: the vanities did take some time to come in (~ 4 weeks); early on it was discovered that one of the vanities was ordered in the wrong color so a replacement was needed, but it took another 4 weeks for it to come in; the shelving unit in the linen closet was on backorder, and it was initially difficult to pin down an exact date of delivery.
Because of the logistics issues, it took a little longer to complete the remodel, and we needed to be proactive with following up to make sure we knew when items were being delivered.
