Monica, Rafael, and the team did an amazing job on our old wood floors. We live in a 120 year old row home in Baltimore and our floors were in pretty rough shape. The floors had a lot of broken/loose boards, some areas were covered in carpeting and also painted, and the boards ranged in width from 3 to 5 inches. So this was not an easy project. But gratefully, Monica and the team took it on and we are so happy with how the floors turned out. Other companies tried to convince us to replace the flooring, and that may be a good option for some people, but we really enjoy the historic character of the century-old flooring and wanted to keep it.
