Brandon came out to give us a quote to either repair or replace our roof about a year ago. He noticed that the damage had been done from prior storms in the area. He suggested going through homeowners insurance, which I had not done or even thought about. He then proceeded to do all of the necessary paperwork and meetings with our insurance adjuster, leaving me to be able to work without worrying about my family getting leaks or other roofing problems. I am driving across country all the time, and Brandon would just call me and alert me of any calls or questions I would be getting from insurance. Great experience with Ryan Bantum and Diamond Home Remodeling. They assessed the damage on my roof and immediately took care of helping me file a claim through insurance then handled everything from that point on. Ryan made the whole process very easy and straightforward. Great experience, I would recommend them to anyone for roof repairs/replacement and related work. They stood behind their word, even when the unforeseen happened and there was a potential increase in cost they honored their word and didn't charge me a penny more than promised.
