I have been going to this office for close to 30 years. I have never had an issue with the front desk when I call in. And if I need a same day appt, they are good to find me one. Although the front desk has several new people, they are learning, and succeeding. The kicker is, as a patient, I must have patience bc the get busy and can only handle one person or one call at a time due to privacy laws.
I have been a patient of Dr Greenway for 7 years now and she is amazing!! I have also seen Dr Udseth and find her to be great as well. The front staff is always very helpful and the nurses are all super sweet too.
Love Dr. Melanie Greenway always spends time with me. Always making sure we covered everything. Helped out with looking up discounts for medications. Always accommodating & knowledgeable.
