The crew, including Roger, Eddie, and Bryan, showed up on time to install the new air conditioner and furnace and were courteous. Mike was also present to guide the crane as it placed the ac unit on the roof. The crew worked quickly with no apparent problems. The installation looks good, and there have been no problems in the past 3 days.“

“Maryland Carpet & Tile did a great job replacing very old carpet in our basement with glue down luxury vinyl plank. I appreciated that Brett took the time to go through our options, understand how we intended to use the space, and explained the pros and cons of different flooring.

The install process went really smoothly, even though the concrete under the carpet had a few surprises that had to be fixed before they could begin installing. Alen and his team took care of everything, communicated well, and did a great job.

We're very happy with the final result, and won't hesitate to work with them again when we get around to replacing other flooring in the house.“

“I had my deck redone with Trex compost wood and a gazebo built on the deck. Elegant Homes did a good job on the deck. The gazebo is screened in and is strong and well built. While the construction was great, esthetically I expected more. The white guard rail on the steps doesn’t match the brown color scheme of the deck. I intend to paint over the white wrap around the deck and the white vent at the top of the gazebo. I also would have wanted embellishments around the top of the gazebo to add to its appeal. I’m sure I would enjoy my deck and gazebo for many years, I just would have wanted it to look more appealing.“
