“I started classes at Krav Oz because I had free time and wanted to learn self defense, and I personally think for everything they offer, the people you get to interact with, and the coaching it is more than worth it. The coaches are always encouraging and detailed in explanations for beginners. They also helped me find a good physical therapy place when I injured myself playing soccer. Which they weren’t obligated to do but they still were very helpful. Overall I’d say at the very least this is a place to check out and go to for a few months. I definitely would say it’s worth it. They got some great and genuine people on their staff.“

I enrolled my son in Kicks Karate – Clarksburg, MD at the end of November 2025. My son is very picky when it comes to choosing a program and was skeptical at first. However, after attending a pleasant trial class, he showed genuine interest and willingness to join the karate program.

I was truly impressed by the diligent follow-up, along with the terrific guidance and support provided during the sign-up and enrollment process.

In every single session, it has been phenomenal to observe how the instructors and assistant instructors make the program as fun as possible, helping remove fear and build confidence in the kids. They divide the children into small teams so that each child receives individual attention, which motivates them immensely.

As a family, when we attended his first-level graduation, my wife and elder son were astonished by how much he had learned in such a short period of time. Kudos to the instructors for investing quality time in the kids and helping them gain confidence, discipline, and skills.
