And although I've never met her, Michelle has always been very friendly and helpful on the phone. Potomac Plumbing will always get the call when I need a plumber.

A reliable and professional company that stands by its work. When our water heater was on the fritz and the first attempts to fix it were not successful, the owner and his son came to the house to follow up on it. He was efficient with the use of his time. As he worked, he explained what he was doing, and he did not charge us extra for work that had already been performed. High marks for great customer service. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs without any hesitation.
