Mr. Miller came out and serviced our AC unit that another competitor was trying to sell us an entire system. Steve was very informative, educational, and just an overall nice guy. He solved the issue in a few minutes. Thank you!
This is an outstanding company with terrific customer service. I am so glad to have them and wish I would have long ago. I have worked with many companies and this one is by far at the top of my list.
Colin and Logan installed a new AC unit in my apartment. Both of them were very professional and very personable. Very hard workers. I saw them both take about a 5-minute break in the 10 hours they were here. Colin explained to me what he was doing and how after installing the new AC unit that my apartment would be much more energy efficient, therefore saving me a significant amount of money on my energy bill! When they were finished the job for the day they cleaned up everything. You could not even tell they had been here. Thank you so much Colin and Logan for such a job well done! I would highly recommend Growden Heating & Cooling!
