I realized that our AC unit was running much louder than our neighbor's unit, even though they’re the same age. Jack performed a coil cleaning and an HVAC duct cleaning to improve the system's efficiency. He found that the system was straining because it was trying to pull air through clogged vents. After he finished the cleaning, the unit became much quieter and cooled the house much faster. I’m expecting a much lower utility bill this month thanks to his hard work. He was a very professional and skilled technician who did a great job.
