I was looking for someone local to redo my deck and decided to give these guys a try after seeing the owner lived in my neighborhood. The salesman, John, was great to work with before, during, and after the project. He was thorough, professional, answered all of our questions, and was very responsive to adjustments throughout. He also did a great job incorporating the good parts of our existing substructure to keep costs reasonable. The crew was also great and cleaned up well afterwards. The general rule of thumb is that you obtain several quotes for significant home improvement projects, but we didn't. Capital Improvements was our first contractor. After seeing Jason’s presentation and going over our various options for decking, stairs, and railings, we decided to go with Capital Improvements for our redecking project. The project included redecking, new stairs, and new vinyl railings. The finished deck is beautiful. We could not be happier with our decision and the finished project. We highly recommend Jason and Capital Improvements. You can’t go wrong.
