Lindsey was incredible! She listened and came up with a game plan to address some long-suffered ailments and delivered an excellent massage targeting precisely the problem areas. She was professional & personable. I highly recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about Lindsey Adams and her practice, Resolve Massage Therapy and Bodywork. From the moment you walk into her space, you feel an immediate sense of calm and comfort. It’s a beautiful, relaxing environment - nothing like the impersonal, rushed atmosphere of a big chain or corporate spa. Lindsey sees one client at a time, so you always feel like her top priority.
She takes the time to ask how you’re feeling and what areas you’d like to focus on, and she truly listens. During the session, she checks in to make sure the pressure and techniques are working for you, which I really appreciate.

Lindsey is wonderful. Booking is easy online. Some evening hours to help me fit some self care into my schedule. Convenient, beautiful and very clean massage studio. Highly recommend.
