From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. They were super respectful and picked up all of my calls in a very timely fashion. They provided a very reasonable quote estimate right out of the gate, and getting to their location was incredibly easy—they provide clear directions to their shop.
When I dropped my rug off, they even offered me an expedited turnaround option in case I needed it back soon. I didn't end up needing it rushed, but they still got it done in just 4 days instead of the usual 2 weeks, which was absolutely incredible!

We had 3 oriental carpets cleaned and I’m extremely happy with the service received! They were on time for both pick up and delivery, even with a special request for a pickup time. Came in, rolled up the carpets and within 10 days they were back on the floor with the carpet I had purchased under them. They even made adjustments to get the proper location for us.
