I submitted info via their online contact form and Laura quickly got back to me. We went back and forth a bit via emails on details because, again, our first times. Had a fantastic experience. Laura is great and could not be better. She was really REALLY concerned that we were 100% comfortable before, during, and after. We had lots of questions and she had lots of answers. Each of our tattoos took just 30-40 minutes, so not very large or intricate. She constantly checked in with us during the process. Lots of small talk which she even said ahead of time would help mitigate the very minor uncomfortableness of being poked by a needle thousands of times in the same place. It worked. Laura, and the whole studio, could not have been better. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend R&R for any tattooing and related artwork. We're both really happy with what we now have.“

I love the depth of color and shading. The price was fair and I felt comfortable and confident that I was getting a quality tattoo.
